About Hot Springs State Park

World's largest mineral hot springs by volume — and the outdoor and indoor soaking is FREE by state mandate. Hot Springs State Park in Thermopolis features bison herds, travertine terraces, and the famous State Bath House where soaking is always free. Private commercial facilities also on site (fee). The Big Spring discharges 2.7 million gallons per day at 135°F. Cooled mixing pools are comfortable for soaking. Absolutely not to be missed in Wyoming.
