Guide coming soon

We generate a weekly conditions guide for every spring using live data and local knowledge. Check back after the next Sunday morning update.

About Thousand Springs State Park

Spectacular springs emerging dramatically from basalt cliffs along the Snake River canyon. The springs are the resurgence of the Snake River Plain Aquifer after water percolates through lava fields to the north. Multiple park units: Ritter Island (waterfall and gardens), Billingsley Creek (trout hatchery and fishing), and Niagara Springs (vivid blue pool). One of Idaho's most scenic natural wonders.
