About Three Sisters Springs

The crown jewel of Crystal River National Wildlife Refuge and Florida's most famous manatee snorkeling destination. Access is by kayak or guided tour boat only. Swimming and snorkeling prohibited Nov 15–Mar 31 (manatee season) — observation permitted from designated areas. Outside manatee season: excellent snorkeling in clear spring water. One of the last places in Florida to reliably see wild manatees at close range.
